No living room, but sharing a bathroom, with shower, and a kitchen which has a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, and all mod cons, as well as a dining table and TV with DVD. Wifi. If you like to spend all day cooking stews, and watching TV to save money, this place is not for you. If you are in town to spend most of your time out of the flat, at work, or in the gym, or in the cafes, or the college library etc (like I do) - and if you are quiet, easy-going and tidy, then this place will be right for you, as it's small, but excellent value. Included in the rent, all cleaning products, like dishwasher tablets, shower gel, kitchen roll, toilet roll, wet wipes, etc - and a cleaner for the communal areas, who empties the bins, cleans floors, replaces bulbs etc, or fixes anything that arises - so all you need to do is tidy as you go and empty the dishwasher. £300 deposit plus rent required in advance.
